Kane Brothers created this exhibit for the 1999 Chicago Flower and Garden Show. Inspired by traditional Japanese tea gardens, the garden incorporates many customary components, including a tsukubai, a traditional offset stone bridge and stone lanterns.

Trees were used to create a forest, and boulders used to create a mountainside waterfall that cascaded into a traditional mud-bottom Koi pond.
